This client had involved us right from the start when they were looking to purchase a new house. They fell in love with the property (as did we!) and we were able to get in and survey while the exchange was going through. They had formal drawings issued by the time it completed and we were able to get them planning permission for all the works swiftly so that they could move in and start building. We also created 3D white card renders for the interior of the outbuilding as the client wanted to see the room furnished. The outbuilding has been completed and the extension works have recently commenced on site.
