After an unsuccessful round of drawings from a previous architect, these clients reached out to us following a recommendation from Sebastian Corner. We instantly clicked and started working on a fresh set of drawings. Following a successful planning application, this project is now on site and due to complete in a few months. A large proportion of the bungalow is to be demolished and a new 3 storey neo-classical house is being built in its place. The property consists of 6 bedrooms with en-suites and walk in wardrobes over the top 2 floors, and an open plan kitchen/living/diner downstairs with a separate living room, play room, office and utility.
