The clients at Cranleigh Drive wanted to upgrade their existing single-storey rear extension to create a brighter kitchen and dining space with a unique façade. The loft conversion and rear dormer allowed for an additional bedroom with garden views. The clients wanted the extensions to become a stand-out feature to the house, the characteristic shapes and use of distinct materials help to achieve this, which can be seen in the drone footage. With all this in mind, we tailored their design around their wishes and couldn’t be happier with the final product.
