The client already had permission for a Loft Conversion but due to site constraints they wanted a slight variation to the original design. A Non material amendment to the planning permission was made to the Local Authority for a loft conversion with dormer to rear and four Velux roof lights to front. An additional two windows to the rear dormer were created and two additional Velux windows to the front elevation. The client was very satisfied with the end result which created an increase of space and increased the value to the property.
