The client came to us to design a rear extension and possible loft conversion with various additional alterations to the ground and first floor. We worked quite intensely with the client looking at various options. The rear wall was removed and extended. A separate utility area was formed in the old kitchen with WC and the old dining area became the new kitchen. The new extension formed an aesthetically pleasing open plan living space.
