Marine Avenue is a key example of an infill extension project that is often seen on these houses in Leigh-on-sea. By proposing a side extension that joined with the existing side and rear walls, our clients were able to create an open kitchen and dining area. A pitched roof with multiple Velux windows has enabled more natural light while the extra space created has made space for a new utility and bathroom.
