The layout to this property wasn’t working for this client, they wanted additional bedrooms and an increased living space. On the ground floor we established a side extension with utility and pantry space. The existing garage was replaced with a pitched roof and formed part of the living/dining space. Floor-to-ceiling glass was installed in the kitchen to enable a site line through the whole of the property. The first floor extension then allowed for two extra bedrooms completing the brief to allow much needed extra space for a growing family.
